Flexible Spending Account - Egger Orthodontics

4 Ways To Put Your Flexible Spending Dollars To Good Use:

Treat yourself. If you’ve always wished you could improve your smile, now is the time to make that dream a reality! By using your FSA dollars to give yourself Invisalign or braces, you’ll be well on your way to a more beautiful smile in no time.
Do something nice for your spouse. Wondering what to get your spouse for the holidays? Wonder no more! Giving them the rest of your FSA dollars to fix their smile is a great way to not only use up your remaining funds while also giving your main squeeze a special gift that will last them a lifetime. It’s especially nice if you don’t have dental insurance!
Purchase extra retainers and mouthguards. It’s inevitable that you or your children will misplace your retainers or mouthguard at some point. Buy an extra one to make sure you’ve always got backup!
Start your child on the path to greater confidence & self esteem. If you have a child that will eventually need orthodontic treatment, there’s no better time than today! Just bring them in for a free consultation, and we’ll help you determine next steps.
These are just some of the ways you can put your remaining Flex Spending dollars to valuable use. Just make sure to use your funds soon, because once 2019 hits, that money will be gone for good!

COVID-19 Patient Update from Dr. Nadine Egger

I know that orthodontic treatment probably isn’t at the front of your mind this week . Who knew that finding hand sanitizer and toilet paper would become a contact sport?! Nonetheless, we want you to know that your health and safety is still our top priority, which is why we are following the recommendations of health and government officials to limit orthodontic treatment to  non-elective  treatment only . Our limited treatment will continue at least until the end of April. We will continue to closely monitor changes and keep our patients informed of any changes. SO WHAT IS ESSENTIAL (NON-ELECTIVE) ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT? Personally, I think the answer to this question is different in different situations. Some people may argue that no orthodontic treatment is ever essential since straight teet...

Your Opinion Matters

Nothing makes us SMILE more than when you love your SMILE! 1. Feedback helps us give you our best .   We want every single one of your visits to be friendly, comfortable, and thorough. Your voice is important and your opinion counts !  We value each and every one of you and we really appreciate when we’re able to learn how you feel about your visits to our office! Clear Aligner Therapy with Invisalign

Here we are prepping for clear aligner therapy like it's our job.  AND WE LOVE IT! While there are several major companies that have labs to fabricate the aligners, the most recognizable lab is Invisalign, which is our preferred company. Here at   #eggerortho , we use a iTero digital scanner to make a virtual 3D model of your teeth. With that model and the necessary dental records taken in our office, Dr. Egger then reviews the records and makes a custom treatment plan for each patient. The template (shown above) is being filled with a composite resin on individual teeth in a precise shape based on Dr. Egger’s prescription. These are what are more commonly known as attachments. The size, shape and placement of the attachments is dependent on the amount of tooth movement necessary. The attachment template is filled at the patient’s appointment and is stored in a dark, temperature controlled area so that the resin does not harden and set. Once the te...
